He worked since his graduation within several countries and companies across the globe in the fields of Sales & foreign trade, human resources and Diveristy & Inclusion.
Faycal is an Alumnus of AIESEC which is the world's largest youth-run organization with a presence in 126 countries and over 86,000 active members and over 1 million Alumni. during his active years, he was appointed as National Vice President and Exchange manager both in Morocco and Iceland.
He is also a member of the Global Shaper Community of the World Economic Forum.
